WhatsApp automation for real estate: Reply on WhatsApp in seconds. Hand over to your team at the right moment.
We run the first minute of every conversation on your own WhatsApp Business number — instant replies, guided qualification in English or Hindi, and site-visit booking — then hand the buyer to the right salesperson with the full context.

Why WhatsApp alone isn't enough
- 01
Personal numbers
Leads live on salespeople's phones — when they leave, the conversations leave with them.
- 02
Manual replies
Copy-pasted messages go out hours late, inconsistently, and never after hours.
- 03
No hand-off
Nobody knows which buyer is ready for a call, and nothing reaches the CRM.

What it does
| Capability | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Instant first response | An approved template reply within seconds of a lead arriving from any connected source. |
| Guided qualification | Short, scripted questions — project, budget, configuration, timeline, loan need — that you approve. |
| English and Hindi | Buyers choose a language; flows and routing follow their choice. |
| Human hand-off | Rules move the conversation to a salesperson, who sees the full history and can take over instantly. |
| Site-visit booking | Buyers pick a slot in chat; confirmations, location pins and reminders are sent automatically. |
| Follow-ups and nurture | Consent-aware reminders that stop when your team replies or the buyer opts out. |
| Shared team inbox | Conversations sit on your business number, not personal phones, with assignment and history. |
| CRM sync | Answers, stage and owner are written to your CRM as the conversation happens. |

WhatsApp costs, explained
Why the message category matters
Meta bills each delivered message by category. Choosing the right category is part of the design — and it changes your monthly cost.
| Category | Used for | Relative cost |
|---|---|---|
| Utility | Responses to a buyer's own request — enquiry acknowledgements, visit confirmations, reminders. | Lower cost per message |
| Marketing | Promotions, launch announcements and offers — only with marketing consent. | Highest cost per message |
| Authentication | One-time passcodes, if your portal uses WhatsApp login. | Low cost per message |
| Service | Free-form replies inside a 24-hour window the buyer opened. | First 1,000 a month free per number |
Rates change. We use Meta's current published rate card for your estimate and show it to you before go-live. GST applies on top.
Integrations and prerequisites
- WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API or an approved provider)
- Your CRM
- Meta click-to-WhatsApp and lead ads
- Google Calendar or Microsoft 365
Integration availability depends on the vendor's API access, account plan and permissions. We confirm feasibility during the audit.
What we need from you
- A Meta Business account with business verification completed
- A phone number for the WhatsApp Business Platform (we'll advise on using an existing number)
- Templates approved by Meta in the correct category
- Agreed hand-off rules and working hours for your team
Compliance and data handling
Template categories done right
Lead responses use utility templates where they qualify; promotional messages use marketing templates and require marketing consent.
Opt-in and opt-out
Buyers can stop messages at any time, and opt-outs sync to your CRM.
DPDP-aware consent
Capture forms carry an itemised notice and separate marketing consent, designed for India's DPDP Act and Rules.
AI under your control
The assistant only uses scripts and answers you approve. It doesn't negotiate, quote prices you haven't set or give legal advice.
How pricing works
Setup and monthly management are quoted after the audit. WhatsApp messaging itself is billed by Meta directly to your account, per delivered message, by category, plus GST.
- One-time setup, quoted in writing after the audit
- Monthly management and optimisation
- WhatsApp messaging billed by Meta to your own account at their published rates
- Pilot on one project or team before committing to a full rollout
FAQ
Common questions
Will messages come from our own number?
Yes. We set up the WhatsApp Business Platform on your number and your Meta business account. You own the number, the templates and the conversation history.
Is the WhatsApp Business API free?
Not entirely. Meta charges per delivered message, by category, with some free messages: 1,000 service replies per number each month, and every message for up to 7 days after a buyer contacts you from a click-to-WhatsApp ad. Our guide to the WhatsApp Business API in India lists Meta's current India rates.
What does WhatsApp messaging cost?
Meta charges per delivered message, and the rate depends on the category — marketing messages cost several times more than utility messages at Meta's list rates. We design flows to use the correct category and estimate your monthly cost before go-live. Meta publishes current rates on its developer site.
Can the AI make mistakes?
The assistant only works from scripts and information you approve, and it hands over to a person whenever a question falls outside them. You review conversations during the pilot before scaling.
Can we keep our number and the WhatsApp Business app?
Usually, yes. Meta's coexistence onboarding connects an existing WhatsApp Business app number to the API, so you keep the number and can still reply from the app, with some app features switched off. We check what applies to your number during the audit.
WhatsApp Business app or API: which do we need?
The free app suits one person replying from a phone. The API (Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) is what lets automation, a chatbot, several salespeople and your CRM work on one number.
Does it work with our CRM?
Yes. This is WhatsApp CRM integration: every conversation, answer, owner and site visit is written to the lead's record in the CRM you already use, such as Sell.Do, LeadSquared, Zoho or HubSpot.
Does this work for click-to-WhatsApp ads?
Yes. Conversations from click-to-WhatsApp ads flow into the same qualification, routing and CRM steps as every other source.
